Hi Wendy!

I am glad you like your little card. My embroiderygroup had a exhibition last summer,in Gothenburgs Botaniska garden, and we also sold small things in a little shop for visitors. These little card was a left over from that. And I am sure you could sew it too. I think it was to small, the gift I got from your was so much, not only some buttons........but we maybe do a swap another time!

Thanks for your nice comments at my blog! And thanks for sharing your christmas! It seems very nice! I do my self less and less for every year! The important thing is to be with my family, and have time to talk, play and have a rest. I think we all are tired now, and need some rest!
So a really happy x-mas and a good new year!

cheers Gunnel

Riana Is Celebrating Christmas

Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Have yourself a merry little Christmas,
Let your heart be light
From now on,
our troubles will be out of sight
Have yourself a merry little Christmas,
Make the Yule-tide gay,
From now on,
our troubles will be miles away.

Here we are as in olden days,
happy golden days of yore.
Faithful friends who are dear to us
gather near to us once more.

Through the years we all will be together
If the Fates allow
Hang a shining star upon the highest bough.
And have yourself a merry little Christmas now.

Hope you had a merry time this christmas and I like the toy shop

Hope you had a very merry Christmas and here's to a Happy New Year.

As usual, your writing has moved me. I actually read this while I was with my parents, but I wanted to come and read it again. It makes me happy to read it and imagine your Christmas. I think the simplicity is what makes it so beautiful. And yes, a tangerine in a stocking is a gorgeous thing. We had pillowcases instead of stockings. Were we weird??
